The Chapel at Svarga -  “The Cathedral of the Soul”

In 1947 Marcello had a little chapel put up on an ajoining site to Svarga. Marcello spent a lot of time in this chapel, which he called the "Cathedral of the Soul".

(Vær stille mitt hjerte! Vær stille min munn!
I taushet, taler sjelen i stille stund!)

There is an amazing calm inside the chapel, which Marcello became absorbed in while meditating here. The atmosphere brought about by the decorations on the walls is one of peace and harmony.

Marcello’s religious conviction is summed up in the picture called “Faiths of the World”, which expresses the idea that at the root of all religious beliefs lies the same source of power, presented to us through “Mystica Eterna”, an eternal mysticism.

To share this very profound source of mysticism and calm, you can visit the chapel near Svarga. It is open to the public and is really worth a visit. To enter the chapel you need a key, which can be obtained by contacting the Svarga proprietor.
